Background broker connections

Continue working while Quantprove provisions a broker connection.

Connection requests now enter a persistent state machine and return immediately after acceptance. A worker performs provider setup, sync preparation, and retry handling in the background.

The app reads the same connection state throughout, so refreshing or leaving the setup view no longer loses progress.
