By accessing or using Quantprove (quantprove.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Quantprove is a statistical analysis platform for trading systems. Users upload trading journal data (CSV files) and receive quantitative analysis including edge scoring, stability testing, and performance monitoring. Quantprove provides statistical information only. It does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations.
Quantprove is an analytical tool, not a financial advisor. All scores, metrics, and analysis outputs are statistical calculations based on the data you provide. They do not constitute financial advice, trading recommendations, or guarantees of future performance. Past performance, whether actual or indicated by statistical tests, is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Quantprove is not liable for any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on its analysis.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Free accounts have access to basic analysis features. Pro accounts ($29/month) have access to all features including Monte Carlo simulation, stability analysis, and edge monitoring.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $29 USD through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Quantprove reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
You retain full ownership of all trading data you upload. Quantprove processes your data solely to provide the analysis service. By uploading data, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not contain data belonging to third parties without their consent. Quantprove does not sell, share, or distribute your trading data to any third party.
You agree not to:
All Quantprove scoring methodologies, algorithms, user interface designs, and content are the intellectual property of Quantprove. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission. Your uploaded data remains your property.

Quantprove is a statistical analysis tool for trading systems. It does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations. Quantprove is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All scores, metrics, and analysis outputs are statistical calculations based on the data you provide. They do not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
Past performance, whether actual or indicated by statistical tests, is not indicative of future results. Backtesting, walk-forward analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, and any other statistical method available within Quantprove are tools for evaluating historical or hypothetical performance. They do not guarantee, predict, or promise any specific future outcome. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.
Quantprove may display hypothetical or simulated results, including but not limited to Monte Carlo projections, walk-forward equity curves, and prop-firm simulations. Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations. Unlike an actual track record, simulated results do not represent real trading and have not been executed. Results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact of factors such as lack of liquidity, slippage, fees, or psychological factors that affect actual trading.
All trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced on Quantprove (including but not limited to those of trading platforms, brokers, prop firms, and data providers) are the property of their respective owners. Quantprove is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. References to third-party platforms are made solely to indicate compatibility with their export formats.
Testimonials displayed on the Quantprove website reflect the personal opinions of the individuals who provided them. They are not representative of the experience of all users and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of any specific result. Testimonials are unpaid and unsolicited unless otherwise noted. Individual results vary based on trading strategy, market conditions, and personal discipline.
A favorable Edge Score, Stability Score, or any other metric produced by Quantprove does not guarantee that a trading system will be profitable in live trading. The scores are quantitative measurements of historical and statistical properties of the data you provide. Real-world market conditions may differ materially from historical data, and any edge measured in the past may decay, disappear, or reverse in the future.
Quantprove processes the data you upload. The accuracy of any analysis depends on the accuracy of the input data. Errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in your trade journal will produce inaccurate scores and metrics. Quantprove is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or completeness of user-supplied data.
Trading financial instruments (including but not limited to stocks, options, futures, foreign exchange, and cryptocurrencies) involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should carefully consider your financial situation and risk tolerance before trading. If in doubt, consult a licensed financial advisor.
