Bring Binance and cTrader history into Quantprove automatically.

Binance and cTrader are now live broker sources in the connection catalog. Each provider follows its own authorization and pagination rules while producing the same normalized trade history used elsewhere in Quantprove.

Provider-specific errors remain attached to the connection instead of surfacing as generic upload failures.
