Sync MetaTrader 4 and 5 accounts directly.

MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 moved from file-only support to live broker connections. The connection door routes supported accounts into authorization, then imports available trade history into Quantprove.

Subsequent syncs continue from the provider cursor instead of rebuilding the account from scratch.
