Hand unclear uploads to Quantprove for guided setup.

When a file cannot be mapped confidently, the upload flow now offers “Set it up for me” where the problem appears. Every unresolved field remains visible in the table instead of being hidden inside dropdowns.

Clear failures keep their direct correction path, while ambiguous files can move into assisted setup.
